This is my home away from home. Being new to the area, I was a bit nervous & hesitant to try out a new place. But I am so happy I have found Coach Alverez and this amazing facility.

He is very encouraging while challenging you also. He’s very social with each of us and his personality is unmatched. The BEST! As soon as you start your training, everyone is welcoming, supportive and we just become family under one roof.

I have lost a large amount of weight and hit those typical pant size goals, but most importantly, I have GAINED. I have GAINED strength, speed/agility, mental clarity, self-esteem, focus, a sense of accomplishment, and an irreplaceable community of fellow savages who push themselves just as hard as I do!

Above everything else, Alverez is consistent. He is fully present and is genuinely happy to see you and give you that strong high-five. He is able to engage with each individual client and meet them where they are in that moment. He also has a unique ability to tell you how it is and to stop making excuses and get to work! It is so motivating and is exactly what we are all looking for …ACCOUNTABILITY and direction.

He genuinely cares. He is loud, the music is loud, and so is the entire squad! Training at the facility has increased my physical strength to push, pull, bend, squat…and all of the other moves us nurses do over and over again during our 12-hr shifts. CPR compressions have also gotten a lot easier to perform during codes.

LIZ, Never Lifted / Never Tracked Macros

Started with zero athletic ability at 298 Lbs. Liz Couldn't squat. I showed her ONE movement in her 1st Free  EAT Session. She left excited!

That was the spark. ⚡

She came back & joined our School of Savagery College Training Program. Liz got her COMP Card, learned about body recomposition and learned how to track macros daily. She learned to lift from scratch from zero & even lifted through personal trauma.

Now she's 100 LBS Down

"The frustration was that I always felt fatigued. I always felt like my clothes kept getting tighter. I went to the doctor. My family has a history of high blood pressure, diabetes. And I'm too young for me to be this type of way. They told me, you're big. If you don't stop it, you're gonna come pre-diabetes, and you can't reverse it.

I was a size 20, and now I'm size 12.

My goal was to come in here to lose weight and also gain strength. And I did that. I did exactly that. I also gotten hella stronger, faster, my endurance.

But it's honestly just... get your a$$ up, eating right, and no bullshitting. I could come in here and put in the work, but on the weekends, if I just slack off, not eat right, and be bullshitting, it beats the whole purpose of lying to you and lying to myself."
